Requirements

•Duly signed loan application form with Authorized Signatory

•Certified Identity proof/ card for all Directors/ Key Officials

•Copy of Board Resolution to Borrow

•Certified copy of the Incorporation Certificate/ registration certificate

•Income Tax Clearance Certificate

•Certified copy of the business license

•Certified Copy of the Bank Statement at least 1year duration

•Documentation for collateral ownership

•Signed copy of the loan facility letter
