Mr. Sigisbert is currently serving as the Acting Director of Credit Operations at SELF Microfinance Fund. He is an experienced finance and microfinance professional with over 18 years of progressive experience in credit operations, internal audit, and financial management.

He has made significant contributions to strengthening credit systems, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing governance structures within SELF Microfinance Fund and other public institutions. He is passionate about sustainable lending and expanding access to finance for underserved communities across Tanzania.

Mr. Sigisbert holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy), both from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is an Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) and a Certified Director by the Institute of Directors Tanzania (IoDT).
