Mr. George Anderson Mziray is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) and accomplished financial management professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and administration across both public and private sectors. He currently serves as the Director of Loan Repayment and Recovery at the Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB), where he leads national repayment operations and financial strategy.

Mr. Mziray has held senior positions at the Ministry of Finance and Planning, Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBC), and the National Prosecutions Service (NPS). His expertise spans financial governance, corporate compliance, strategic planning, and institutional capacity building.

He holds an MBA in Corporate Management from Mzumbe University, an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from IFM, and is a Certified Director (Institute of Directors Tanzania). As a CPA-T (NBAA Reg. No. 1700), Mr. Mziray is recognized for his integrity, leadership, and contributions to financial management and governance in Tanzania.
