Mr. Ndembwike serves as the Head of Risk Management and Compliance at SELF Microfinance Fund. He is an accomplished professional with over 14 years of experience in risk management, compliance, and ICT, including more than six years in executive management.

He has led the design and implementation of enterprise-wide risk frameworks aligned with ISO 31000 standards, as well as fraud prevention strategies and business continuity programs. His work has contributed to strengthening governance, institutional resilience, and operational integrity.

Mr. Ndembwike holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Madras, Chennai (India). He is a Certified Risk Manager (ISO 31000:2018) from the Institute of Risk Management Tanzania (IRMT) and a Certified Expert in Risk Management (CERM) from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany.
