Ms. Rwegalulira serves as the Head of ICT and Statistics Unit at SELF Microfinance Fund, where she oversees digital transformation and data management systems that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. She is an accomplished ICT and data management professional with over 20 years of experience spanning government, financial institutions, and international organizations.

Her career includes successful leadership in ICT modernization projects, system automation, and integration initiatives within SELF Microfinance Fund and other institutions such as the Government Chemist Laboratory Agency and the United Nations system.

Ms. Rwegalulira holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Texas Southern University (USA) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Statistics (Honors) from the University of Dar es Salaam. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society, and ITIL Foundation Certified.
