Mr. Uhagile currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit at SELF Microfinance Fund. He is a highly accomplished finance and audit professional with over 14 years of progressive experience in financial management, audit, and institutional governance.

He has demonstrated leadership in strategic financial planning, corporate governance, risk management, and compliance. His prior roles include Finance and Accounts Manager at SELF Microfinance Fund and Credit Manager at Fahari Yetu SACCOS under PRIDE Tanzania.

Mr. Uhagile holds a Master of Arts in Revenue Law and Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Master of Science in Finance and Investment from Coventry University (UK), and an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from Tumaini University – Stefano Moshi Memorial University College.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA–T) and a Certified Financial Services Risk Specialist (CFSRS). Mr. Uhagile has attended various leadership, risk, and governance trainings locally and internationally, including the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and NBAA Tanzania.
