Eng, Col(Rtd.) Christopher Rweyemamu Rutta is an accomplished engineer and retired senior military officer with over three decades of experience in engineering, project management, and institutional leadership. He has held key positions within the Ministry of Defence and National Service, including Director for Planning and Development (SUMA JKT) and Executive Director of Mzinga Holdings Engineering and Construction Division.

His expertise spans infrastructure development, strategic planning, defence systems management, and industrial research and development. Col. Rutta holds a Master of Strategic and Development Studies (Bangladesh), a Postgraduate Diploma in Cast Metal Technology (UK), and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Cairo).

A Registered Engineer (ERB No. 1357), he is widely respected for his leadership, technical acumen, and integrity, contributing valuable strategic oversight to the Board of SELF Microfinance Fund.
